DR KRISHNA KATHIR
Interventional Cardiologist MBBS PhD FRACP FACC FCSANZ
Dr Krishna Kathir is a Royal Prince Alfred Hospital trained cardiologist, PhD in Diabetic Restenosis (Vascular Biology) (USyd), Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Lenox Hill New York. He has almost 20 years’ experience in general and interventional
cardiology.
He works closely with Advanced Cardiac Imaging, electrophysiology, heart failure/transplant cardiologists as well as cardiothoracic surgeons. Accredited at St Vincent’s Public and Private Hospital.

DR LAURENCE SCHNEIDER
Interventional Cardiologist MBBCh FRACP FCSANZ
Dr Laurence Schneider is an interventional and general cardiologist accredited at Prince of Wales Private and Strathfield Private Hospitals.
He is St Vincent’s Hospital and New York trained and has over 20 years’ experience. He is well known in the eastern suburbs community and is readily available for urgent reviews, priding himself on always being available for his referrers and patients.

DR PETER BORTZ
Cardiologist MBBCH (Wits), FCPSA, FRACP, FCSANZ, CTCA (Level II)
Dr Bortz is an experienced non interventional cardiologist. He is affiliated with St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Sydney and is a VMO at Griffith Base Hospital in the Riverina.
He is an expert in cardiac imaging particularly Cardiac CT and echocardiography.
He also has a keen interest in heart failure as well as exercise physiology and the heart. Dr Bortz is also a general physician able to astutely manage aging cardiac patients with multiple comorbidities.

DR KERRY LEE MILNER
Endocrinologist MB BS FRACP PhD
Dr Kerry-Lee Milner is a senior staff specialist endocrinologist at Prince of Wales Hospital and holds admitting rights at St Vincent’s Private Hospital and Prince of Wales Private Hospital. She is also a senior conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales.
She completed her specialist training in endocrinology at St Vincent’s Hospital and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2006. She went on to complete a PhD at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Kerry-Lee takes a holistic approach to patient care and has a broad range of clinical interests, including Type 1 diabetes (with expertise in insulin pump therapy), Type 2 diabetes, and thyroid disorders. She also has extensive experience managing osteoporosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), adrenal, parathyroid, and pituitary conditions.
She is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, and combines her clinical work with a strong passion for teaching and research, with extensive publications. She remains actively involved in advancing the field of endocrinology through ongoing education and collaboration.

DR DANIEL CHEN
Endocrinologist MBBS, MPH (Merit), FRACP
Dr Daniel Chen is a specialist endocrinologist, affiliated with St Vincent’s Hospital. He completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales. He also completed Master of Public Health at University of Sydney, graduating with merit. Dr Chen completed his endocrinology specialist training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. Dr Chen is a VMO Endocrinologist in St Vincent’s Public and Private Hospital and Mater Hospital, North Sydney.
Dr Chen undertook clinical doctoral research in the field of insulin resistance and obesity and has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of New South Wales in 2016.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. He delivers a comprehensive and individualised service to his patients with clinical expertise in managing obesity/insulin resistance, thyroid conditions, gestational endocrine disorders, osteoporosis, diabetes and general endocrinology. Dr Chen works closely with your general practitioners (GPs) to provide personalised holistic care.

DR SOPHIA WONG
Interventional Cardiologist MBBS FRACP FCSANZ
Dr Sophia Wong is a highly skilled general and interventional cardiologist. She manages all aspects of cardiovascular care, and looks after patients with chest pain, valve disease, heart failure, and other complex cardiovascular conditions. She is a strong advocate for preventative care and provides medical advice that is tailored to the individual patient. She performs non-invasive investigations such as echocardiograms and stress testing, as well as minimally invasive interventions to restore heart health and quality of life.
Dr Wong believes that exceptional medical care goes beyond technical expertise. She takes the time to truly understand her patients’ concerns. Whether explaining a diagnosis, discussing treatment plans or offering reassurance, she communicates clearly and compassionately to ensure her patients feel heard, valued and informed about their treatment options.

DR SERENA CHONG
Endocrinologist BMed (Dist), BSc(Med) (Hons I), MSc (Res), MD (Dist), FRACP
Dr Serena Chong is a specialist endocrinologist who manages a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes (gestational, type 1, and type 2), thyroid disorders, obesity, menopause, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary diseases.
She completed her medical degree with distinction, followed by a Master of Research at the University of New South Wales. Dr Chong undertook her basic physician training at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and completed her specialist endocrinology training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, and St Vincent’s Hospital. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, where she was awarded a National Health and Medical Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship.
Dr Chong understands that every patient’s experience is unique. By listening carefully and communicating clearly about diagnoses and treatment options, she helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their care.
